Job Description

Major Accountabilities:

Regular reporting on the progress/status of the asset management efforts, including but not limited to – measured output, growth projections, and asset life cycle. .

Support brand-specific portals with configuration.

Understand customer requirements and manage expectations throughout delivery.

Identify the improvement opportunities and maintenance of the DAM/MLR processes and services.

Assist in evaluating, integrating and testing other marketing-related technologies to deliver process and productivity gains.

Lead the digital librarian team on strategy for data migration and implementation projects, including complex client requests.

Be a DAM technical liaison expert in conjunction with CIT.

Establish and implement policies & strategy for DAM team which are quality focused while increasing CSAT scores and driving innovation.

Build and maintain subject matter expertise on content management capabilities.

Lead digital librarians in audit readiness.

Drive knowledge sharing and people development among the DL team.

Collate, update and maintain training content for DAM and Approval.

Onboard new team members to meet ongoing demand.

Represent Digital Librarians and DAM Services at various local and global forums.

Discuss and research potential suggestions to improve Aprimo functionality, Maintain industry knowledge on current solutions available, asset management trends, and general (industry) media production trends.

Key Performance Indicators

Provide the services to the users according to the agreed KPIs and SLAs.

Improved and proactive relationship with users and stakeholders.

Increased/improved customer offerings..

Retention and development of the team (as agreed to).

Increased visibility of DAM Team and Service expertise.

Education and Experience

Post Graduate Degree – Master’s degree in library & information science or equivalent.

Over all 10 plus years experience in which 3-5 years of experience working with a global enterprise DAM, preferably with Aprimo.

Experience with global taxonomy and metadata governance.

Experience with managing asset-level global rights and permissions.

Experience managing 3rd-party vendors and system integrators.

Experience with campaign design and creative development including the integrated channel tagging requirements through file packaging and delivery.

Experience working with and leading through modular content implementation and rights managed assets.

Strong, demonstrated technical skills including information architecture and UX.

Proficient understanding of broader content management goals and implementing solutions to achieve them.

Excellent planning, prioritization, management, and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient understanding of broader content management goals and implementing solutions to achieve them.

Strong customer service orientation .

Attention to detail and quality focused.

Proven ability to self-manage.

Fluent English (both written and verbal).
