You will be responsible for Technology Leadership for Agent facing Web Applications. These applications are in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Reactive, ExtJS, Angular and J2EE stacks.
Creating/Defining Next Generation Platforms for Care, Billing and Technical Support functions for agent facing applications in Web and Mobile Technologies.
Creating Architecture/ Recommend cloud Solutions for Web Applications.
Driving AHT (Average Handling Time) reduction through experience improvement.
Driving Omni solutions between Assisted and Digital channels
Collaborating with Ordering and Billing Stack applications (OSS and BSS) in creating Architecture that suits agent facing web and mobile applications.
Taking leadership role to drive innovative solutions to improve Agent experience.
Improving Technical Talent Pool in Organization.
Improve Agent experience through insights platform.
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Five years of experience developing solutions for Call Center application.
Two years of experience in Agile Projects.
Even better if you have:
Experience in Architecture and Design of Enterprise applications.
Experience leading large scale Web programs.
Experience building innovative solutions in Web Technology space.
Good understanding and experience of Devops and Security in web Applications.
Good understanding of AWS, Kubernetes and Micro services.
